Find what you need
1. Who we are and scope
jjgarrido.com is a website operated by Ciberpioneros, LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. We publish informational and editorial content on this site’s topics.
These terms describe the conditions for using the editorial website and participating through accounts and comments. Where a feature requires explicit acceptance, we will request it before you use that feature.
Product purchases, software licenses, and services that may be offered in the future will have specific terms. These terms do not replace those conditions or establish our own affiliate program.
2. Using guides and recommendations
Articles, analyses, and tutorials are intended for informational and educational purposes. Their usefulness depends on the equipment, software version, provider, and each person’s circumstances.
Before running commands, installing software, or changing a configuration, review the requirements, manufacturer’s instructions, and consequences of the change. Make backups where appropriate and act only on systems you own or are authorized to use.
We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but prices, specifications, and services may change. We do not guarantee specific results or that all content will remain up to date at all times.
An editorial recommendation is not a manufacturer’s warranty or an individual advisory service. If you find an error, you can report it through Contact.
3. User accounts
An account is required to comment. Provide an email address you can access, keep necessary information up to date, and use a public name that does not impersonate another person or entity.
Protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords in comments or through the contact form.
We may restrict or suspend accounts when there are reasonable indications of abuse, impersonation, breaches of these rules, or security risks. Where possible and without compromising an investigation or security, we will explain the reason and offer a way to request a review.
You can close your account through My Account when that option is available. If the account requires review or you need assistance, email [email protected]. Processing of account data and associated comments is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Comments and moderation
We want useful conversations. You can disagree, point out errors, and share experiences while respecting other people.
- Do not publish threats, harassment, discriminatory content, or other people’s private information without authorization.
- Do not publish spam, repetitive promotions, misleading links, malware, or instructions intended to cause harm or facilitate unauthorized access.
- Publish only content you have the right to share, and disclose commercial relationships relevant to your recommendations.
- Keep your contributions relevant to the article and do not present statements you know to be false as facts.
We may review comments before publication, reject those that breach these rules, or remove content for legal or security reasons. Criticism will not be removed solely because it is negative.
Users’ opinions belong to their authors and do not necessarily represent JJ Garrido. To report a comment or request a review, send us its link and an explanation at [email protected].
5. Authorship and reuse
Site content belongs to Ciberpioneros, LLC, its authors, or the rights holders who have authorized its use, as applicable. Third-party trademarks and materials retain their respective rights.
You can share links to our publications. To reproduce or redistribute content, respect the stated license and request permission where necessary. Citing the source does not replace required authorization. Exceptions and uses permitted by applicable law remain available.
Code or resources published under a specific license are governed by that license.
You retain the rights to your comments. By publishing them, you authorize us, on a non-exclusive and unpaid basis, to host, reproduce, and display them on the site, and make technical adjustments needed for presentation and moderation. This authorization is limited to operating the community and does not transfer ownership of your contributions.
If you believe content infringes your rights, identify the publication, the material concerned, and the reason for your request when contacting us.
6. Links, affiliates, and third-party services
We may link to manufacturers, stores, projects, and external platforms. Their terms, prices, policies, and availability are the responsibility of their respective operators.
When we introduce affiliate links, we may receive a commission for certain purchases or actions. We will clearly identify that relationship alongside the relevant content. We will also disclose sponsorships or products supplied by a brand when they are relevant to assessing a publication.
If you buy through an external website, you enter into a contract with the seller identified there. Review its payment, delivery, return, and warranty terms.
Embedded YouTube videos and other external services are also subject to their providers’ terms. JJ Garrido’s own affiliate program is not part of the launch.
7. Availability and liability
We may carry out maintenance, correct content, and change site features. We cannot guarantee continuous access or the complete absence of errors or incidents.
Liability for use of the site will be determined under applicable law and the circumstances of each case. These terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit non-waivable consumer or user rights.
8. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains data processing associated with contact inquiries, accounts, comments, and the newsletter.
Registering or commenting does not automatically subscribe you to promotional communications. The newsletter requires a separate subscription and allows you to unsubscribe.
We may send communications needed to manage your account or respond to requests, even if you are not subscribed to the newsletter.
9. Changes and resolving inquiries
When we change these terms, we will publish the updated version and its effective date. Significant changes affecting accounts will be communicated through an appropriate channel, and acceptance will be requested where applicable. Changes will not apply retroactively to reduce rights already acquired.
If a problem arises, you can contact us to try to resolve it. Doing so does not prevent you from approaching competent authorities or courts or exercising the rights and remedies provided by applicable law.
