Effective date: October 9, 2026
We want you to know when a recommendation may generate income for JJ Garrido. Here we explain how we will identify affiliate links, sponsorships, and other commercial relationships.
Visible commissions
If we may receive a commission for a purchase or action, we will state this alongside the relevant content.
Clear relationships
We will identify sponsorships and gifted or loaned products when they relate to a publication.
You decide
Compare alternatives and review the seller’s terms before buying. A recommendation does not replace that review.
Find what you need
1. What affiliate links are
An affiliate link allows a provider or network to attribute a visit, purchase, registration, or other action to JJ Garrido. If the program’s conditions are met, Ciberpioneros, LLC may receive a commission.
Not all external links are affiliate links. We may also link to documentation, manufacturers, projects, and stores without receiving compensation.
2. How we will identify them
When a publication contains links that may generate commissions, we will include a visible notice before or alongside those links. We will use clear explanations, such as: “We may receive a commission if you buy through the links identified in this article.”
This page explains our general approach, but it does not replace disclosures in each article, video, newsletter, or other content where a relevant commercial relationship exists.
3. Sponsorships and supplied products
If a brand pays for a publication, we will identify the content as sponsored. If it provides a product free of charge, loans equipment, or offers another benefit relevant to a review, we will also explain that.
When a brand has commercial involvement in the content, we will describe its scope so you can assess the publication in that context.
4. How we present recommendations
Our editorial aim is to explain what a product does, when it may be useful, and its limitations. The possibility of earning income is relevant information for readers and must be visible.
We will distinguish tests we have performed ourselves from analyses based on documentation, specifications, or other sources. We will not present a test we have not carried out as our own experience.
Recommendations depend on context and may change as new versions, prices, or alternatives become available. A product being suitable for one situation does not mean it is the best choice for everyone.
5. Prices, purchases, and warranties
The commission depends on the agreement with each provider. We will not assume that all programs maintain the same price, offer discounts, or provide identical purchasing conditions.
Always check the final price, taxes, shipping costs, possible subscriptions, and return terms on the seller’s website.
When you buy from an external store, the transaction is with the seller identified there. Payment, delivery, warranties, and returns are governed by its terms and the rights provided by applicable law.
A link or recommendation does not make JJ Garrido a manufacturer, seller, or authorized representative of a brand.
6. Our own programs and products
This version of the disclosure does not yet identify specific affiliate networks or programs: they will be defined according to future publications. We will update the information when they are introduced and include the relevant specific disclosures.
JJ Garrido’s own affiliate program is not part of the launch. If developed later, it will have specific terms governing participation, attribution, and commissions.
When we present our own product or one in which JJ Garrido has a direct commercial interest, we will disclose that relationship. We will not present it as a recommendation from an independent third party.
7. Tracking and privacy
Affiliate links may contain identifiers, and providers may use cookies or other mechanisms to attribute actions. How this works depends on the program and its configuration.
Before integrating tracking technologies into our site, we will review the information and controls required. You can read the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
When visiting an external website, also review its policies to understand how it processes data.
8. Updates and contact
We will update this page when the programs or practices described change, stating the effective date of the new version.
